Brasserie Twins

History of Twins

The history of Brasserie Twins began on 29 May 2015. Since then, it has been run by two brothers, Mathéus and Raphaël, and has continued to grow, expanding its menu to offer you even more high-quality products. Their goal? To breathe new life into the place and offer the people of Arlon and visitors a family-friendly and welcoming venue.

History of the building

Walking through the doors of Twins is like entering an iconic place, steeped in nearly 100 years of history that is as delicious as it is traditional. It all began in 1932 when Paul Gathy bought the building to set up his pastry shop. After his death during the Second World War, his wife took over until 1958. Three families followed, each with their own unique restaurants, contributing to the building's reputation.

A new chapter in the building's history began in 2015 when the Filipucci family took over the premises, bringing their own personal touch and a breath of fresh air. The Gathy restaurant became the Twins Brasserie.
