    Guirsch, listed village

This walk takes you through the streets of one of the most beautiful villages in the commune of Arlon, whose centre is listed: Guirsch. The architectural heritage here is particularly well preserved.

At the entrance to the village stands St. Willibrord's chapel. There is a superb viewpoint here offering a magnificent panorama.

Walking through the village, you can admire several remarkable farms dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. Opposite the church stands an old noviciate and a little further on, the magnificent Guirsch castle (private property). This imposing structure dating from the mid-18th century is surrounded by a vast wooded park.

At the end of the walk, the trail passes through a find hardwood forest before reaching the delightful Vallée des Trois Moulins (Valley of the Three Mills).

Start: car park on route Oberpallen/crossroads leading to Guirsch.
